Pendidikan min. D3 Teknik Sipil dengan pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang yang sama.
Menguasai Aplikasi Komputer (Ms Office, AutoCad, SketchUp, Solid Word).
Mampu menyusun RAB, estimasi biaya, dan kebutuhan material proyek.
Memahami penyusunan schedule, metode kerja, dan monitoring progres proyek.
Memahami spesifikasi dan karakteristik material.
Mampu melakukan koordinasi, administrasi, dan penyelesaian kendala proyek.
