MEGAZE COFFEE is a coffee brand from PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI, a company headquartered in Jakarta that operates Korean F&B brands. The company opened its first store at Lippo Mall Puri in June 2025 and its second store at AEON MALL BSD in November 2025. All of our executives, including the CEO, are experts from Korea, specializing in space design, menu development, operations, and marketing.
Through a diverse menu and various marketing activities, PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI aims to increase brand awareness and strengthen its position as a K-Coffee brand in Indonesia.
Role Description
Daily Operations Support
• Assist in ensuring smooth daily store operations
• Provide backup when the store is short on manpower
• Ensure SOPs are properly implemented on-site
Stock & Inventory
• Assist with daily & weekly stock inventory checks
• Coordinate raw material restocking
• Monitor waste and usage of materials
Operational Audit
• Conduct routine store checks (simple audits)
• Identify operational issues and propose solutions
• Report store conditions and findings to management
Coordination
• Coordinate with store leaders / PICs
• Support operational needs (equipment, manpower, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between management and store teams
Problem Solving
• Handle on-site issues (customer complaints, staff issues, etc.)
• Provide quick and effective solutions
• Follow up until issues are fully resolved
Qualifications
• Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably as Head Barista, Store Supervisor, or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end store operations and inventory management
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy, and consistent in maintaining standards
• Responsive, proactive, and able to take initiative
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic English proficiency
• Knowledge of F&B hygiene standards; food safety certification is a plus
• Willing to be placed in all stores (schedule to be determined later)
