Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce.
- Prior experience handling premium fashion or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems, including affiliate programs, in-app promotions, campaign management, and business analytics.
- Proven ability to analyze sales performance data and develop data-driven growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful marketplace campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving and improving ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of strategies to drive marketplace sales growth and optimize performance.
- Ability to interpret business and sales data to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Store Operations Supervision
Supervise and ensure that all daily store operations are carried out in accordance with company standards and policies, including but not limited to customer service standards, product layout and display, store cleanliness, and completeness of administrative and operational documentation.
Store Team Management and Monitoring
Manage, direct, and monitor the performance of the entire store team, including setting work schedules, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and ensuring discipline and compliance with company regulations.
Sales Target Achievement
Be fully responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company, including conducting sales analysis, identifying sales increase opportunities, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Coordination and Reporting to Management
Coordinate regularly with relevant management and prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and store operational reports periodically and/or as needed by the Company.
Promotion Programs and Sales Events
Propose, plan, and coordinate the implementation of promotional programs or sales events, both internal and external, with the aim of improving sales performance and brand awareness, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of implemented programs.
