General Requirements
1. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa including treatment scheduling, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and product inventory.
2. Staff Management: supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and other spa staff.
3. Proven ability to perform the tasks and responsibilities of the position.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
5. Proficiency in relevant tools or systems required for the role is an advantage.
