Jobdesk SPV Resto & Kitchen

  1. Mengawasi operasional restoran dan kitchen agar berjalan sesuai SOP.
  2. Memastikan kualitas makanan, kebersihan, dan pelayanan tetap terjaga.
  3. Mengatur jadwal kerja, pembagian tugas, dan mengawasi kinerja tim.
  4. Mengontrol stok bahan baku, penggunaan bahan, dan kebutuhan operasional.
  5. Menangani kendala operasional serta keluhan pelanggan.
  6. Membuat laporan operasional dan berkoordinasi dengan manajemen.

Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang restoran/F&B minimal 2 tahun.
  3. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai juru masak (cook) dan pernah memimpin tim.
  4. Memahami operasional dapur, standar kebersihan, dan keamanan pangan.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi yang baik, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
  6. Mampu bekerja dengan sistem shift dan di bawah tekanan.
