Job description for Supervisor Quality Control at PT Chakra Naga Furniture

KUALIFIKASI:
Minimal pendidikan S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Kayu, Teknik Mesin, Desain Produk, Manajemen Industri, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang Quality Control, khususnya pada industri furniture/manufaktur.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Leader/Coordinator/SPV QC menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami proses produksi furniture dari material, machining, assembly, sanding, finishing hingga packing.
Memahami karakteristik dan kualitas material seperti kayu solid, veneer, plywood, MDF, particle board, serta material pendukung furniture lainnya.
Memahami standar kualitas furniture, jenis defect, klasifikasi cacat, serta metode pemeriksaan produk.
Mampu membaca drawing/gambar teknik, spesifikasi produk, dan standar kualitas.
Mampu menggunakan alat ukur seperti caliper/jangka sorong, meteran, penggaris, dan alat ukur terkait.
Mampu melakukan analisa penyebab masalah (root cause analysis) dan menentukan tindakan perbaikan.
Memahami 7 QC Tools menjadi nilai tambah.
Mampu membuat laporan dan melakukan analisa data hasil inspeksi QC.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, koordinasi, problem solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
Teliti, tegas, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dengan target
