Kualifikasi :

Min 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai supervisor finishing (produksi/QC) manufaktur furniture kayu
Memiliki pemahaman teknis yang kuat terkait proses dan hasil finishing furniture kayu
Kemampuan Mempimpin tim kerja QC Inspector area finishing
Detail, teliti, berintegritas, dan mampu membuat keputusan atas permasalahan di lapangan
Excellent problem solving & communication skills

Jobdesc :

Bertanggung jawab memastikan kesesuaian dan standar hasil quality inspection tim QC di setiap line finishing
Memberikan arahan, solusi, dan mengambil keputusan terkait temuan di lapangan oleh tim QC
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal / external departemen (Produksi, PPIC, dsb) terkait penyelarasan dan penentuan standar kualitas area finishing
Melaporkan hasil kerja ke manager QC
