Job description for Supervisor Purchasing at PT Sinarindo Megantara

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen, Teknik Industri, Logistik, Akuntansi, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Purchasing/Procurement, dengan minimal 1–3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supervisor atau posisi leader.
Memiliki pengalaman menangani pembelian bahan baku, sparepart, atau kebutuhan industri lainnya (disesuaikan dengan bidang perusahaan).
Memahami proses procurement end-to-end: sourcing supplier, negosiasi, PO, monitoring delivery, hingga evaluasi supplier.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan membangun hubungan dengan supplier.
Mampu melakukan analisa harga, perhitungan dan mencari peluang penghematan.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan mampu mengelola serta mengembangkan tim.
Memahami administrasi purchasing dan pengelolaan dokumen (PR, PO, kontrak, invoice, dan laporan).
Menguasai penggunaan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel) dan terbiasa menggunakan sistem ERP (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, atau sistem sejenis menjadi nilai tambah).
Memiliki kemampuan analisa, problem solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemampuan bekerja dengan target.
Mampu bekerja dengan tekanan dan memiliki kemampuan manajemen prioritas yang baik.
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan) menjadi nilai tambah.

Toscana Home Store management is under the company name PT. Toscana Mulia, which is a subsidiary company of PT. Sinarindo Megantara.
