Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, atau jurusan terkait
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Produksi di industri manufaktur/FMCG/pengolahan makanan (disesuaikan dengan industri perusahaan)
Memahami alur proses produksi, manajemen lini produksi, dan pengendalian mutu
Terbiasa mengatur jadwal kerja tim, memastikan target produksi tercapai, dan mengelola efisiensi kerja
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, komunikasi yang baik, dan mampu mengambil keputusan di lapangan
Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan fleksibel terhadap sistem kerja shift
Menguasai Microsoft Office dan sistem ERP
Mengetahui dan menerapkan prinsip K3 dan 5R/5S di area kerja
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman menangani tim dengan jumlah anggota minimal 10 orang
Jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi dalam menyelesaikan masalah operasional
