Job description for Supervisor PPIC at PT. Allure Alluminio

Tanggung Jawab:

Master Production Schedule (MPS): Menyusun dan mengevaluasi jadwal induk produksi bulanan & mingguan berbasis sales forecast.
Capacity Planning & Line Balancing: Mengoptimalkan utilisasi kapasitas produksi, alokasi sumber daya, dan menjaga kelancaran alur produksi.
Material & Inventory Control: Mengawasi Material Requirement Planning (MRP) bersama tim Purchasing & Warehouse serta mengontrol level stok (Safety Stock, ROP, EOQ).
KPI Monitoring: Memantau & mengevaluasi pencapaian OEE, Achievement Rate, dan On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Memimpin Root Cause Analysis (RCA) untuk kendala produksi serta menjalankan improvement project berbasis Lean Manufacturing.
Team Leadership: Mengelola, mengevaluasi, dan mengembangkan kompetensi tim Staf PPIC.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan D4/S1 Teknik Industri / Teknik Mesin / Manajemen Industri
Pengalaman 6 tahun di bidang PPIC Manufaktur.
Expert dalam Production Planning, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, dan Inventory Control.
Mahir menggunakan Excel (Rumus Kompleks, Pivot Table, Grafik, & Dashboard).
Mengoperasikan sistem ERP / MRP manufaktur.
Memahami konsep Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
Berpikir analitis, teliti (detail-oriented), dan sigap dalam problem solving operasional harian.
Kemampuan komunikasi lintas department (Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, dll).
Mampu bekerja dengan target dan sistem multitasking.
