Job Descriptions :
· Supervise and ensure pest control operations are carried out in accordance with SOP
· Arrange work schedules and plan technicians’ routes to customer locations
· Conduct site inspections and determine appropriate treatment methods
· Provide briefings, training, and direction to field team members
· Prepare and compile work reports
· Control the use of chemicals and work equipment
· Maintain good relationships with customers and handle complaints
Requirements :
· SMA/SMK or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Biology, or related field
· Strong understanding of reporting, analysis, and presentation
· Ability to lead and manage teams
· Willing to go on business trips
· Preferably have a valid driver’s license (A & C)
· Familiar with Microsoft Office (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Having relevant certification in pest control is a plus
