Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supervisor Pharmacy Sales Product Specialist to lead and manage the OTC Sales Team (via distributor) in Surabaya. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, expanding distribution, and strengthening partnerships with key retail and pharmacy stakeholders.

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related fields.
✅ 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG; OR
✅ 3–5 years of high-performing experience as a Medical/Sales Representative in the OTC channel.
✅ Valid SIM C driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
✅ Familiarity with the Surabaya market is a strong advantage.
✅ Solid knowledge of OTC/Consumer Healthcare products and basic pharmaceutical sales regulations.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with distributors and key accounts.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and analysis.
