Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 year of experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing design Mastering Microsoft Office Programs
• Careful, honest, discipline, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong capabilities in computer program to analyze MEP. AutoCAD is a Major, Revit skill is a plus
• Certified as SKA is preferable
• Have willingness to work in the consulting industry
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
Job Description:
• Responsible for MEP operations (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Planning, designing, managing and maintaining MEP systems in projects
• Ensuring that the implemented system is useful and in accordance with project needs
• Responsible for projects that are being worked on, especially for planning bill of materials or RAB according to the submitted and approved design.
• Checking the progress of MEP administration work and field progress.
• Ensuring that projects (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) run according to the target schedule.
• Identifying and resolving potential problems or system failures.
• Ensure that all systems comply with applicable safety regulations and standards.
