Job Description:
- Manage marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, orders, and customer service
- Manage and evaluate digital advertising campaigns based on budget, sales performance, and ROAS
- Lead the marketplace and social media admin team
- Develop and ensure the execution of content calendars, social media posts, and campaigns
- Monitor customer chats, DMs, complaints, returns, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment
- Regularly report on performance, challenges, solutions, and action plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketplace platforms and social media for a business
- Experience leading a team and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Good understanding of digital advertising, ROAS, conversion, and sales performance evaluation
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on issues until they are fully resolved
- Disciplined, communicative, responsible, and demonstrates strong integrity
- Willing to be hands-on and directly involved in day-to-day execution
- Willing to be located in West Jakarta
