Qualifications:
- Minimum Education S1 (in any field).
- Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in the same position.
- Experienced in selling house or warehouse units priced from 2 billion and above.
- Have strong business skills and technical knowledge in commercial, housing, and warehousing.
- Have strong skills in leadership, negotiation, property management and sales.
- Preferably have a Supervisor or Manager who leads themselves in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master online and offline sales techniques.
- Able to follow developments in the marketing world.
