Job description for SUPERVISOR LEGAL at PT PEI HAI INTERNATIONAL WIRATAMA INDONESIA

KUALIFIKASI :

1. Pendidikan min S1 Hukum

2. Pengalaman min 3-5 th di bidang legal, diutamakan di perusahaan manufaktur

3. Memahami peraturan perundang-undangan, khususnya ketenagakerjaan, lingkungan dan perizinan industri

4. Mengerti dan mampu mengelola seluruh perizinan perusahaan meliputi NIB, KBLI, PKKPR, AMDAL/UKL-UPL/SPPL, Persetujuan Lingkungan, Pertek, perizinan limbah B3 dan perizinan lainnya

5. Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, negoisasi dan problem solving yang baik

6. Bahasa Ingrris aktif (Mandarin menjadi nilai plus)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

1. Memastikan legal compliance perusahaan sesuai peratura perundang-undangan

2. Mengelola, memonitor dan memperbarui seluruh perizinan perusahaan (NIB, KBLI, PKKPR, dokumen lingkungan dll)

3. Menyusun, mereview dan mengelola kontrak dengan vendor, supplier, customer dan pihak ketiga

4. Memberikan legal advice kepada manajemen dan departementerkait (HR, HSE, Purchasing dll)

5. Menangani permasalahan/legal case dan berkoordinasi dengan instansi pemerintah (DLH, DPMPTSP, Disnaker, Pemda, Kepolisian, Pengadilan, Notaris, dll)

6. Menyiapkan dokumen legal untuk audit customer maupun compliance

7. Melakukan monitoring masa berlaku izin dan memastikan kewajiban pelaporan
