Job Summary
We are looking for a KOL Livestream Specialist responsible for managing livestream activities with KOL / influencers to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance across e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other digital channels.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate KOL livestream schedules for marketing campaigns
Source and approach potential KOL / influencers for livestream collaboration
Maintain good relationships with KOL, MCN, and agencies
Prepare briefing materials, scripts, and product knowledge for livestream
Monitor livestream performance (GMV, viewers, conversion, engagement)
Ensure livestream runs smoothly according to campaign plan
Evaluate livestream results and prepare performance reports
Coordinate with Marketing, BD, and E-commerce team
Negotiate rates and collaboration terms with KOL / agency
Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in KOL / Influencer / Livestream / Affiliate / E-commerce
Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia Play (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Target oriented and data driven
Experience in beauty / skincare industry is a plus
