Job Description

Mengawasi dan memastikan seluruh operasional restoran berjalan sesuai SOP dan standar pelayanan.
Mengelola tim, termasuk pembagian tugas, penyusunan jadwal/shift, monitoring kehadiran, dan koordinasi antar divisi.
Memantau kinerja service, cashier, kitchen, dan divisi operasional lainnya.
Mengawasi administrasi operasional, termasuk transaksi, pembayaran, pencatatan, dan pelaporan.
Memberikan briefing, arahan, dan evaluasi kepada tim serta menangani kendala operasional.
Memastikan kebersihan, kualitas produk, dan pelayanan restoran tetap terjaga.
Bersedia backup pekerjaan operasional ketika terdapat anggota tim yang berhalangan hadir atau sedang libur.

Job Qualifications

Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan Manajemen, Pariwisata, Tata Boga, Perhotelan, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang F&B, dengan minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor di restoran/F&B atau bidang sejenis.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, manajemen tim, komunikasi, dan problem-solving yang baik.
Memahami operasional restoran, termasuk kitchen dan service.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Word dan Excel untuk kebutuhan administrasi dan pelaporan.
Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara hands-on dalam operasional.
Bersedia bekerja 6 hari kerja dan 1 hari libur dalam seminggu, dengan sistem shifting.

Budi Utama Three Languages National School was founded on December 17th, 2006 by Mr. Djawadi, the Founding Father, with the help of a number of community figures in Yogyakarta. When it was first founded, Budi Utama Three Languages National School was located at 121 B WijayaKusuma Street, Kutu, Dukuh, Sinduadi, Mlati, Sleman. The school opened with a playgroup and kindergarten and in the 2008/2009 academic year, following construction of a new building, the elementary school opened it's doors to students. At present, Budi Utama has three campuses. Campus I is 8000 m2, Campus II is 6000 m2 and Campus III is 5000 m2.
All of the school's activities aligned with the initial vision (To serve students by nurturing their potential and character in an integrated manner through the world of education) and mission (To create students who are smart academically as well as socially and emotionally, who are healthy both physically and spiritually, who are of noble character, and who know their national culture, which is based on a belied in and obedience to God the Almighty). In 2012, the Foundation, along with the staf, revised the school's vision and mission.
