Job description for Supervisor Industrial Relations at Tsingcheng Technology Indonesia
Job Description:
- Handle industrial relations issues and employee disputes within the company.
- Manage disciplinary cases, warning letters, employee violations, and termination processes.
- Handle bipartite, tripartite, mediation, and industrial relations dispute settlement processes.
- Coordinate with labor unions, Manpower Office, and related external parties regarding industrial relations matters.
- Prepare, review, and update PP/PKB in accordance with Indonesian Labor Law.
- Support company representation in PHI processes and labor inspections when required.
- Ensure company policies and employment practices comply with labor regulations.
- Conduct investigations related to employee misconduct and provide recommendations to management.
- Monitor potential industrial relations risks and provide preventive actions.
- Maintain conducive industrial relations within a dynamic PMA manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Industrial Relations in large-scale companies or companies with active labor unions.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, Job Creation Law, Company Regulations, and related regulations.
- Experienced in handling industrial relations disputes (Termination, Mediation, Bipartite, and Tripartite process).
- Able to prepare and revise PP/PKB in compliance with legal requirements.
- Understand industrial relations court procedures.
- Advocate license/PERADI
- Willing to be placed in Kawasan IMIP, Morowali - Sulawesi Tengah
