Job description for Supervisor Housekeeping (Bali) at BnBali Villa Management
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure all villa areas, guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public spaces are maintained to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and daily operational checklists for villa operations
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, guest amenities, and cleaning equipment to ensure availability and proper usage
- Train, guide, and support the housekeeping team to maintain consistent service quality and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of villas and facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for guest arrivals
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Guest Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain housekeeping reports, inventory records, and operational documentation as required
What we're looking for
- Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role within villa, resort, hospitality, or property management operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Good understanding of housekeeping procedures, room preparation, linen handling, and inventory control
- Ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills will be an advantage
