Warehouse Supervisor (Tangerang Based)
Fabrica Indonesia is expanding its operational facrory in Tangerang, and we are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to design, build, and own the warehouse system from the ground up.
You will not inherit a mature system, you will create it.
This role is intended for individuals who have already outgrown routine warehouse supervision and are ready to take ownership of building structured, ERP-driven, scalable warehouse operations.
Key Responsibility
1. System Architecture & Warehouse Buildout
- Design warehouse layout, zoning, bin systems, and material flow logic.
- Establish warehouse structure that supports scale, accuracy, and speed.
- Build SOPs covering receiving, storage, allocation, picking, and dispatch.
- Implement structured identification systems (SKU logic, labeling, location tracking).
2. ERP Integration & Development Contribution
- Define warehouse workflows inside ERP (stock movement, allocation, reservations, BOM usage).
- Ensure ERP reflects real operational flow, not theoretical flow.
3. Complex Inventory & BOM Handling
- Manage inventory tied to custom-sized, project-specific products.
- Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods with BOM relationships.
- Prevent operational disruption caused by stock errors or allocation failure.
4. Operational Leadership
- Build, train, and lead warehouse team with strong operational discipline.
- Drive culture of accuracy, ownership, and system compliance.
- Ensure tight inventory accuracy between physical and ERP records.
- Maintain full operational visibility and traceability.
Requirement
- Minimum 3+ years warehouse experience in structured operational environments
- Proven experience building, restructuring, or significantly improving warehouse systems
- Strong ERP experience (as core operational tool, not optional tool)
- Strong understanding of inventory flow, allocation logic, and stock control
- Experience handling custom-sized products, project-based inventory, or manufacturing materials
- Strong understanding of BOM logic and material dependencies
- Demonstrated ownership mindset — you fix problems at root cause level
