Job description for Supervisor General Affair at PT KURNIA MUSTIKA INDAH LESTARI

Mengawasi pemeliharaan gedung pabrik, kantor, mess, gudang, dan area umum.
Koordinasi dengan Maintenance terkait perbaikan fasilitas non-mesin produksi.

Negosiasi harga dan memastikan efisiensi biaya GA.

Memastikan kebersihan area kerja sesuai standar 5R/5S.

Mengurus dan memonitor perizinan operasional perusahaan (izin lingkungan, kendaraan, IMB, dll).

Koordinasi dengan instansi pemerintah dan pihak eksternal terkait.

Mengatur, membina, dan mengevaluasi kinerja security, dan cleaning service.

Melakukan pelaporan OSS secara berkala.

Menyusun dan menyampaikan Laporan Industri Manufaktur kepada Kemenperin secara triwulan.
