Supervisor Floor – Heart and Spoon
Placement : RO3ST COFFEE - Gading Serpong
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and strong leader to join our team as a Floor Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest at Heart and Spoon.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all shift activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company SOP.
- Create work schedules, assign daily duties, and lead on-ground staff during operational hours.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly, tactfully, and professionally.
- Regularly monitor the cleanliness, neatness, and overall readiness of the working area and facilities.
- Check and maintain the availability, completeness, and condition of floor equipment and inventory.
- Report daily operational performance, achievements, and field challenges to the Manager on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Floor Manager, or similar leadership role in the F&B/Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak hours and adapt to shift schedules (including weekends and public holidays).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
