Supervisor Finance Accounting and Tax

We are Hiring Supervisor FAT (Finance, Accounting and Tax)

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications Brevet A & B is a plus.
2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, ideally within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
3. Proficient in financial reporting (PSAK/IFRS), cost accounting, and budgeting.
4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations
5. Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (Accurate) and strong Microsoft Excel skills
6. Strong leadership, detail-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Jobdesc :

1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with local GAAP (PSAK) and company policies.
2. Monitor and control inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS), ensuring accurate cost allocations.
3. Supervise and handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and asset management.
4. Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
5. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, SPT).
6. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, procurement, warehouse) for data gathering and financial reconciliation.
7. Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making
