Job description for Supervisor Exim at PT Bharata Mitra Sakti

Job Description:

• Mengawasi seluruh proses ekspor, impor, dan transaksi kepabeanan perusahaan.

• Memastikan ketepatan dokumen, HS Code, quantity, nilai, dan kesesuaian barang dengan data CEISA serta IT Inventory.

• Melakukan final checking dan rekonsiliasi data secara berkala.

• Mengontrol transaksi Kawasan Berikat, termasuk subcontract, penjualan lokal, transfer barang, retur, mesin, scrap, dan waste.

• Menyiapkan dokumen untuk monitoring, stock opname, dan audit Bea Cukai.

• Memimpin tim EXIM serta berkoordinasi dengan Warehouse, PMC, Purchase, Production, Finance, dan pihak eksternal.
