Job description for Supervisor Engineering at TOS Residence (TOS Group Hospitality)

1. Team Leadership & SupervisionTask

Delegation: Assign daily duties, shift schedules, and work orders to technicians.

Training & Development: Guide staff on proper equipment usage, safety procedures, and hotel service standards.

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the team's work quality and conduct routine performance assessments.

2. Maintenance & Operations

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Create and monitor routine maintenance schedules (PM) to prevent breakdowns, while overseeing immediate repairs (CM).

System Management: Ensure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), AC/HVAC, genset, and elevator systems function optimally.

Guest Requests: Ensure all room maintenance complaints or requests from guests are resolved swiftly and effectively.

3. Administration & ReportingDaily Reporting: Maintain logs of daily activities, equipment conditions, energy consumption, and repair costs.

Inventory Management: Oversee the stock of spare parts, tools, and technical supplies.

Budgeting Assistance: Help the Chief Engineer draft annual maintenance budgets and manage expenses.

4. Safety & Compliance

K3 Implementation: Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja/K3) protocols.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and enforce action plans for building emergencies (e.g., fires, power outages) to ensure guest and staff safety
