Kualifikasi:

Pria/Wanita.
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Manajemen, Bisnis, Marketing, atau bidang terkait).
Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang E-Commerce, Marketplace, atau Digital Commerce.
Memahami pengelolaan marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, dll.), website, dan strategi penjualan online.
Mampu menganalisis data penjualan, menyusun strategi promosi, dan mencapai target penjualan.
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, komunikasi yang baik, serta mampu mengelola dan mengembangkan tim.
Kreatif, inovatif, target oriented, serta mengikuti tren digital dan e-commerce.
