Job description for Supervisor Dyeing at PT ASIETEX

Kualifikasi:

Pria/Wanita usia maksimal 40 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Tekstil atau jurusan terkait
Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Dyeing di industri tekstil
Memahami proses dyeing, matching warna, dan quality control kain
Mampu mengoperasikan serta mengawasi mesin dyeing
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan komunikasi yang baik
Teliti, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
Bersedia bekerja shift jika diperlukan

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Mengawasi proses produksi dyeing agar sesuai target dan standar kualitas
Mengatur jadwal kerja operator dan tim produksi
Memastikan penggunaan bahan baku dan chemical sesuai SOP
Melakukan monitoring hasil warna dan kualitas kain
Mengatasi kendala teknis selama proses produksi
Membuat laporan produksi harian dan evaluasi kerja tim
