Job description for Supervisor Customer Relationship Management at Antarestar

What You'll Do:

Develop CRM strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive revenue targets
Manage customer segmentation and optimize marketing automation flows
Oversee campaign execution (WhatsApp, Email, SMS) and retention programs (churn, repeat purchase, CLV)
Lead, coach, and evaluate the daily performance of the CRM team
Analyze performance data for strategic reporting and coordinate cross-functionally with Ads, Creative, and Marketplace teams

What We're Looking For

Minimum D3 degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in CRM/Digital Marketing
Prior team lead experience is a plus
Proficient with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
Target-driven and results-oriented
Experience in Retail/E-commerce is a plus
Understanding of performance ads integration is a plus
