Responsibilities:
Supervise and support daily restaurant operations.
Lead and motivate service staff to provide excellent customer service.
Ensure food and beverage quality standards are maintained.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
Manage shift schedules and ensure sufficient manpower.
Assist in training new employees and improving service standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.
Support management in inventory control and daily reporting.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a supervisor or senior waiter in a restaurant or hotel.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good English speaking ability.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, good teamwork, and attention to detail.
