Jobdesc:
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh proses operasional cafe
- Memimpin karyawan cafe dan memastikan seluruh karyawan melakukan tugasnya dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab
- Memastikan atmosphere cafe berjalan dengan baik
- Mendorong tim cafe untuk meningkatkan penjualan
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap jadwal shift dan day-off karyawan
- Memastikan stock list bahan makanan dan barang-barang yang diperlukan cafe terpenuhi
Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Berpengalaman menjadi nilai plus
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
- Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan microsoft word dan excel
- Detail oriented dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
