We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and passionate Supervisor / Head Barista to join the Memory Coffee Lampung team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, leading and guiding the team, and ensuring smooth and efficient service. You will also take an active role in managing bar operations, maintaining coffee and service standards, and supporting the team in delivering a great customer experience.
We’re looking for someone who is confident in leading a team, skilled in coffee and café operations, attentive to detail, and passionate about creating great coffee and a welcoming experience for every customer.
