Job description for Supervisor Accounting and Tax at PT. Anugrah Jaya Retailindo
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting & Tax to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, taxation compliance, and financial strategy in line with company goals and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the accounting and tax department.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports based on PSAK.
Ensure all tax obligations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT) are reported and paid in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Manage and coordinate external and internal audits.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
Review financial procedures and improve internal controls.
Monitor company cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Liaise with tax consultants and external auditors when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
