Job description for Supervisor Accounting and Tax at Truelogs Group

Mengawasi dan memastikan seluruh kegiatan Accounting dan Tax berjalan sesuai SOP perusahaan
Menyusun, meninjau, dan memastikan laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan akurat serta tepat waktu
Mengontrol accounting cycle (jurnal, buku besar, rekonsiliasi bank, dan closing)
Mengawasi pengelolaan Account Payable (AP) dan Account Receivable (AR)
Memastikan proses perhitungan, pembayaran, dan pelaporan pajak (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/4(2), SPT Masa & Tahunan) sesuai ketentuan
Mengoperasikan dan mengawasi penggunaan e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT, dan DJP Online, Coretax
Melakukan dan meninjau rekonsiliasi pajak
Melakukan monitoring cash flow dan realisasi anggaran
Berkoordinasi dengan auditor, konsultan pajak, dan pihak eksternal
Membimbing dan mengawasi kinerja tim Accounting & Finance

Job Requirements:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Accounting & Tax
Memahami proses Accounting dan Perpajakan secara menyeluruh
Berpengalaman dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pelaporan pajak
Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan software akuntansi
Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemampuan koordinasi serta komunikasi yang baik
