Job description for Supervisor Accounting & Finance at Kaiahati

Requirements :

-Min. S1 Akuntansi / Management Keuangan

-Memahami alur keuangan & akuntasi perusahaan Manufaktur

-Min. 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang keuangan Perusahaan Retail Online based (marketplace)

-Menguasai google spreadsheet / Aplikasi Keuangan

-Mempunyai skill komunikasi yang baik

-Teliti, jujur, bertanggung jawab dan memiliki integritas.

-Berdedikasi tinggi pada pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

-Menyusun laporan keuangan harian, bulanan, dan tahunan secara akurat dan tepat waktu.

-Menyusun laporan dan melakukan control terhadap Cashflow, Hutang & Piutang.

-Memastikan proses daily, weekly dan monthly closing dilakukan tepat waktu.

-Membuat jurnal transaksi harian dan memastikan seluruh transaksi tercatat dengan benar.

-Melakukan verifikasi transaksi harian dan inventory.

-Mengawasi dan melakukan rekonsiliasi antara sistem internal dengan sumber eksternal.

-Memberikan dukungan data dan laporan kepada owner saat dibutuhkan untuk audit maupun keputusan manajemen.

-Memberikan masukan atas perbaikan alur kerja (process improvement) untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi.

-Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait (Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production) untuk memastikan kesesuaian data.
