Responsibilities
- Serve as a substitute teacher, supporting students academic progress, character development, and well-being.
- Teach core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.).
- Provide care and supervision for students during school hours.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Hold a Degree in Education or a related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about working with children.
- Comfortable using English in classroom settings and daily conversations.
- Eager to leam about classroom management and learning material development.
- Interested in exploring Montessori education.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and patience.
- Willing to work on-site in Suvarna Sutera, Tangerang.
- Ready to start immediately.
