Job description for Studio Manager / Branch Manager [Pilates Studio] at Pilates Re Bar
PT Sukses Uchi Nawa (PT. SUN) was established as a holding company in 2021 for Pilates Re Bar - a Japanese affiliated pilates studio. Pilates Re Bar Studio with locations in PIK, Kelapa Gading, Karawaci, Pondok Indah, Ranch Kemang, and Sahid Sudirman, Green Ville, BSD, Sunter, Alam Sutera, we currently run ten (10) studios, and we intend to keep expanding.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing for the new studio's grand opening / soft opening.
- Ensuring studio operational operations operate smoothly.
- Oversee the studio personnel.
- Keep the studio clean and keep track of the goods.
- Provide excellent service to members and be able to respond to member issues.
- Meet the company's sales objectives.
- Establish strategic alliances with business partners to carry out campaigns or promotions to achieve selling target
- Create reports in daily, weekly and monthly basis
Requirements:
- Experience last 2 years of supervisor or management experience in a similar capacity.
- Min Diploma in any major
- Expertise or acquaintance with pilates or the fitness sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Ms Offive or Google Spreadsheets.
- Willing to work shifts (morning & afternoon)
- Placement: South Tangerang
