Job description:

Menyampaikan informasi mengenai program lanjutan, level, dan manfaat kelas di Sparks Swim untuk mendorong keberlanjutan belajar murid.
Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan perkembangan murid, serta memberikan rekomendasi kelas atau coach yang paling sesuai untuk mendukung progress mereka.
Menangani berbagai inquiry (walk-in, WhatsApp, telepon, dan media sosial) dengan responsif, ramah, dan solutif.
Melakukan follow up secara proaktif kepada orang tua terkait kelanjutan paket, feedback kelas, dan kebutuhan murid.
Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan orang tua guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas terhadap layanan Sparks Swim.
Berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan coach dan admin dalam mengatur serta mengonfirmasi jadwal kelas.
Memastikan setiap proses perpanjangan paket, perpindahan, atau penyesuaian kelas berjalan dengan lancar dan terorganisir.
