Job description for STRUCTURAL ENGINEER at PT Bali Mania
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Engineer in construction projects.
- Experience in residential, villa, commercial, or hospitality projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Able to read, review, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
- Willing to conduct site visits when required.
- Having an SKA certificate is preferred
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and technical drawings.
Ensure structural designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Coordinate with Architects, MEP Engineers, Project Managers, and Site Teams during project development and construction.
Review shop drawings, structural details, and material specifications.
Conduct structural assessments and provide technical solutions for construction issues.
Monitor structural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Support project planning, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives.
Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and project-related correspondence.
Assist with inspections, testing, and project handover processes.
Identify potential structural risks and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
