JOB SUMMARY
As a Livestream Strategy & Analysis, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing TikTok Shop LIVE strategies to drive sales growth and audience engagement. This role serves as a strategic partner to brand and cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative approaches to enhance livestream performance and support sustainable business growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Communicate and collaborate with brand teams to align livestream initiatives with business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless livestream execution.
Create livestream concepts, scripts, engagement mechanics, and promotional initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.
Plan product assortments and optimize promotion selection for LIVE sessions.
Monitor and analyze livestream performance data, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with live commerce trends and recommend new initiatives to enhance the audience experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 years of experience in live commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of livestreaming platforms, audience engagement and sales performance
Experience FMCG, Beauty, social commerce, or digital agency is preferred.
Experienced in working with data using Google Sheets and Slides.
Able to take ownership of and ensure the successful execution of campaigns during key commercial events, such as payday and special-date campaigns.
