Sponsorship and Partnership Manager Job
Location: Jakarta Selatan

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partnership and Sponsorship Manager to lead the development, acquisition, and management for Potential clients.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at building relationships with brands, identifying commercial opportunities, creating compelling sponsorship proposals, and delivering partnerships that create meaningful value for both sponsors and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sponsorship strategies aligned with organizational and commercial objectives.
• Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders.
• Create customized sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, packages, and presentations.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements, commercial terms, and deliverables.
• Manage the sponsorship sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all sponsor benefits and contractual commitments are delivered successfully.
- Develop creative activation opportunities that maximize sponsor visibility and engagement.
• Monitor sponsorship performance and prepare regular reports on revenue, engagement, and campaign results.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging sponsorship opportunities.
• Attend networking events, meetings, conferences, and industry functions to develop new business opportunities.
• Support the renewal and expansion of existing sponsorship partnerships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, sales, business development, marketing, events, sports, entertainment,
media, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in securing and managing commercial partnerships or sponsorships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong understanding of revenue generation and partnership value.
• Ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations. - Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working toward revenue and performance targets.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; presentation and CRM experience is an advantage.
