Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional to drive partnership development and identify growth opportunities. This role plays a key part in scanning the market, building valuable partnerships, and translating opportunities into actionable internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct opportunity scanning and gather market insights to identify potential strategic collaborations and business growth areas
- Develop and maintain strong partnership engagement with external stakeholders, organizations, and key partners
- Lead opportunity framing, including evaluating partnership potential, aligning objectives, and shaping collaboration models
- Facilitate the transition of partnership opportunities into internal development processes and cross-functional execution
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and strategic materials to support partnership initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership goals align with organizational strategy and commercial objectives
- Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, consulting, or program development
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Possess a strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work across teams
