Indonesia Circular Innovation Forum (ICIF) is an international forum connecting Indonesia’s circular innovation with businesses, investors, strategic partners, and international markets. The forum is developed by Aidea Maknah Creative, a subsidiary of Maknah Group, as part of its initiative to promote collaboration and opportunities within Indonesia’s circular economy ecosystem.
We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Lead to lead the marketing strategy and execution of ICIF, covering campaign development, brand positioning, audience engagement, media, content, and activation.
🔎 What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and campaign plan for ICIF.
• Develop ATL, BTL, digital, social media, media partnership, activation, and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and communication plans.
• Lead the development of content, creative assets, promotional materials, and key messaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creative partners, media, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop promotional and activation concepts to support ICIF’s objectives.
• Prepare and present marketing plans and campaign proposals to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistency of ICIF’s brand positioning and communication across channels.
• Conduct market and audience research to support marketing strategy.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand, campaign, communication, event marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, PR/media, activation, and offline marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a project-based environment.
• Experience in events, conferences, exhibitions, agencies, sustainability, or international projects is a plus.
• Portfolio is required.
• Available to join the project in October 2026 for a contract period through March 2027.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement, with WFO every Tuesday and Thursday and WFH on other working days.
• Based in or able to work from Palma One, Rasuna Said – Jakarta.
• Will report directly to the Project Director.
• Compensation is provided on a monthly basis and negotiable based on experience.
