Job description for Strategic Marketing and Business Development at PT. Roda Nurmala
PT. Roda Nurmala is pump & system specialist. We are distributing pump systems across projects in Indonesia. Established for more than 20 years, we have strong market presence in commercial building, industrial and oil & gas projects, specialized in fire pumps.
We are looking experienced candidate in strategic marketing communication & business development for our B2B business. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn our technical products and infrastructure / construction industry and fulfill the duties of strategic marcomm & business development (B2B) as follows:
Duties :
· Provide and analyze market research & trends.
· Learn and understand the products completely.
· Create, review, or maintain brand positioning & narratives.
· Provide strategic communications & lobbying with all related parties (owners, contractors, consultants).
· Provide & exercise online and offline marketing programs such as partnerships and promotions.
· Responsible for digital marketing, SEO & SEM, e-commerce, social media, ads, video and photo contents, copywriting fulfillment.
· Responsible for awareness, engagement, traffic reports & analytics.

Requirements :
· Min. S1, major in marketing communication or public relations.
· Proven results & experiences in strategic marketing and business development, especially for B2B business.
· Excellent lobbying, persuasion, and negotiationskills.
· Excellent public relations skills for negative publication.
· Excellent networking skills.
· Experienced in handling difficult persuasions & negotiations.
· Digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, Ecommerce, social media, ads, video and photo contents, copywriting).
· Attractive and presentable.
· Strategical, smart, creative, analytical, target oriented.
· Proactive, highly motivated, people person, possess charming personality.
· Passionate in strategic marketing & business development.
· Fast learner and flexible traveler.
