Responsibilities
• Develop and control performance management implementation in order to achieve high performance-based management system in organization.
• Control and develop organizational effectiveness initiative to ensure organization effectiveness.
• Develop and oversee employee engagement strategy in order to build an emotional connection for employees, execs, and the organization as whole and maintain organizational commitment.
• Develop corporate culture and employer branding strategy to ensure value articulation are well implemented.
• Develop succession planning strategy in order to provide capable leader as the organization growth.
• Develop and oversee talent management strategy to ensure organization equipped with the best people in order to achieve the organization goals
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, HRM or Psychology.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in the same field.
• Minimum 3 years experienced in the same position
• Experience in performing various HR Strategic matters (Job Analysis, HR Audit, Job Evaluation, etc.).
• Experience in handling change management.
• Strong ability to manage Human Resource project
• Experience in handling media communication
• Passionate about the customers and demonstrated experience at building a relationship with them.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to use the company budget as efficiently as possible.
