Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with others company, investors, communities, and business partners
- Conduct communities screening, evaluation, and business opportunity assessments
- Analyze business models, traction, market potential, and company scalability
- Provide insights and recommendations related to company growth and innovation opportunities
- Manage accelerator, incubation, mentoring, or innovation programs
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with various stakeholders
- Conduct market research on trends, technology, and AI ecosystems
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management
- Organize networking events, workshops, and ecosystem engagement activities
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Communities, Accelerator/Incubator Programs.
- Strong understanding of ecosystems, fundraising processes, and community growth strategies
- Excellent business analysis and strategic thinking skills
- Strong professional network within the technology industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Regional or international exposure within the Southeast Asia startup ecosystem
- Understanding of AI ecosystems, SaaS, fintech, or digital business industries
- Experience as a startup mentor, advisor, or speaker is a plus
- Exposure to investor relations or fundraising activities
