Supported by a team of more than 100 healthcare professionals, including general dentists, dental specialists, and dental nurses, we provide comprehensive dental services ranging from fillings and tooth extractions to braces, veneers, and dental implants. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing strategy, and commercial growth, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Comfortable working with targets, performance metrics, and financial indicators.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop strategies to increase clinic productivity, patient volume, and profitability without relying solely on new branch openings.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor marketing performance, patient acquisition costs, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.
- Identify and establish partnerships with corporations, insurance providers, communities, schools, and other relevant organizations.
