Job Descriptions:
- Support development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple business units
- Conduct market research, business analysis, and financial modeling to assess new opportunities and improve existing operations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of key strategic projects
- Monitor performance of business initiatives and provide insights to improve revenue and profitability
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for management decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (top universities preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, corporate planning, or high-growth startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in agribusiness, energy, or real sector is a plus
