Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop quantitative research questionnaires aligned with project goals.
Manage daily client communication and coordination.
Process, analyze, and interpret data to produce insights.
Prepare and deliver presentations for internal teams and clients.
Support research design, market tracking, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to gather inputs and validate findings.
Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and analytical materials.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics/Management, Business Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or related)
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning) and PowerPoint (visualizationand storyline).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data sets and quantitative methods.
Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.
Fast learner with a proactive, problem‐solving mindset.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, SQL, or Python is a plus.
