Job description for Strategic Account Manager at Skolla EdTech

Job Description :

  • Strategic Partner Management

Mengelola hubungan tingkat tinggi dengan pemangku kepentingan kunci Organisasi dan Instansi.

Menjadi penasihat strategis (trusted advisor) bagi mitra dalam menyelaraskan solusi dengan kurikulum atau tujuan pelatihan organisasi mereka.

Melakukan tinjauan bisnis berkala (Quarterly Business Reviews) untuk memastikan KPI kemitraan tercapai.

  • Revenue & Pipeline Growth

Bertanggung jawab penuh atas target perpanjangan kontrak (Renewal) dan peningkatan nilai kontrak (Upselling/Cross-selling).

Mengidentifikasi peluang ekspansi dalam grup mitra.

Berkolaborasi dengan tim Sales untuk transisi yang mulus dari Closing ke Account Management.

  • Implementation & Stakeholder Alignment

Memimpin tim Service Account secara strategist - menetapkan arah, prioritas, dan standar

Memastikan proses implementasi teknis dan operasional di sisi mitra berjalan lancar dengan berkoordinasi dengan tim Produk/IT.

Menavigasi birokrasi dan prosedur internal mitra B2B yang kompleks untuk mempercepat pengambilan keputusan.

  • Data Insight & Consulting

Menganalisis data penggunaan (adoption rate) secara makro untuk memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data kepada pimpinan institusi mitra.

Menyusun studi kasus sukses dari partner yang ada untuk membantu strategi pemasaran B2B.

Requirements :

  1. Minimal S1 dari jurusan Bisnis, Manajemen, Komunikasi, Teknologi, Pendidikan, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman 5–8 tahun di bidang: Key Account Management, Strategic Partnership, Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales, Customer Success / Account Management
  3. Berpengalaman menangani klien institusi atau enterprise (corporate, universitas, sekolah, pemerintah, atau organisasi besar).
  4. Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim dan mengelola target bisnis secara end-to-end.
  5. Pengalaman di industri EdTech, SaaS, consulting, atau technology solutions menjadi nilai tambah.
